Terms of Service

1. The Service

snapshots.cloud is an AI-powered media platform that processes user-uploaded photographs to produce restored, enhanced, and animated video content. Access is currently by invitation only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any access request at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts created with false age information will be terminated.

3. Your Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photographs and media you upload. By uploading content to snapshots.cloud, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transform, and store your media for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your photos. We do not use your personal photos to train AI models. We do not share your original uploads with any third party except as required to deliver the service (e.g., AI processing APIs under strict data handling agreements).

4. Content You May Not Upload

• Content depicting minors in any sexual or inappropriate context
• Content you do not own or have rights to
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Content intended to harass, defame, or harm any individual
• Synthetic or AI-generated images of real people without their consent

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously violate them. 5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your original uploaded photos. AI-processed output delivered to you is assigned to you by snapshots.cloud — we make no competing claim to the finished films, restored photos, or enhanced images we deliver to your account.

The snapshots.cloud platform, branding, logo, and software are our exclusive intellectual property. Your account grants you a license to use the platform, not to copy or redistribute it.

6. Credits & Billing

snapshots.cloud operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when you use paid features such as Photo Enhancement, Cinema film generation, and other AI pipeline services. Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable.

Paid credits (purchased through Stripe) expire 12 months from the date of purchase if unused. Your remaining credit balance and expiry dates are visible in your account dashboard. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any paid credits are set to expire. Promotional and welcome credits (granted free of charge) have no cash value, are not subject to refund, and may expire at our discretion.

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected credit pack. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a billing error has occurred.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing and feature costs at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to feature costs will not affect paid credits you have already purchased.

7. Limitation of Liability

snapshots.cloud is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, output quality, or the availability of any specific AI model or third-party service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content on snapshots.cloud infringes your copyright, please refer to our DMCA & Copyright Policy for full instructions on submitting a takedown notice.

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights. See our DMCA & Copyright Policy for details on our repeat infringer policy.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy (see Privacy Policy).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance.
